Lockers & Padlocks
Terms and conditions
300 lockers are available.
As you can imagine, the number of students exceeds the number of lockers available.
1st grade students have a locker as standard.
Students in grades2 and3 may, if they wish, have a locker.
Once the lockers have been allocated to the first grade, the balance will be allocated proportionally to students in the2nd and3rd grades, on a first-come, first-served basis.
A student needs a locker and a padlock
Once the lockers are available (early September), the student goes to Mrs. L’Erario’s office, block 415, room 104, to pick up a form to be completed by the parents and the student.
Once signed by the parents, the document is returned to Madame L’Erario.
This form is a loan agreement that stipulates the following conditions:
1. The locker is assigned to the student for one school year.
2. In the event of damage, repairs will be charged to the student.
Replacement of a lost lock will be charged at €25.
3. The locker must be emptied for cleaning in June of each school year.
4. The lock must be returned to Madame L’Erario, Pedagogical Coordinator, in June of each school year, failing which the school will charge €25.
5. If a student leaves the International School of Shape for good, he or she must return the lock to Madame L’Erario before leaving, or in June for rethos, failing which the school will charge 25€ for the lock.
Under no circumstances may the locker be taken back directly by another student.
6. The locker is intended for storing school supplies, gym clothes, the day’s picnic and motorcycle helmets. It is forbidden to store perishable items (other than picnics), alcoholic beverages, harmful products (cigarettes, drugs, etc.) or dangerous objects in the locker.
7. Any act of vandalism will be severely punished.
8. Unauthorized changing of lockers and/or failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate termination of this loan agreement.
9. Lockers may not be used in groups; a single student will be considered as the lessee and will have sole ownership of the code and responsibility for the locker.
10. The loan is made under the full responsibility of the borrower.
